We are thrilled to welcome Jack Cofer to join our industry solutions team. Jack brings to us decades of experience in the turbomachinery, power generation, and software industries.  His industrial career started at GE Power Generation as a steam turbine and compressor aerodynamics engineer and manager and later at Siemens Demag Delaval Turbomachinery as Manager of R&D.  He then joined Engineous Software, the first widely used commercial integration/Optimization software, as an industrial solutions expert (Engineous was later acquired by Dassault Systems in 2008).  Jack is a pioneer in the field of design optimization with his 1996 landmark ASMA paper “Turbine Airfoil Design Optimization”.   In subsequent years, optimization became the corner stone must-have technology across the turbomachinery industry.  We are delighted to have him on our team to help customers in adopting the new generation of AI/ML technologies.   Welcome on board, Jack!
